What will 2017 bring to the real estate market in Armidale?

There are so many Questions such as :

Will interest rates go up or down?

Will the growth of Armidale with incoming business’s and departments have an immediate impact in the property market ?

Will the rental vacancy rate in the city increase or decrease?

The truth is no one knows the answers to these Questions as it could all change literally overnight . However if you judge by the positive growth that is occurring in Armidale over the next 18 months in all probability the real estate market in Armidale is likely to remain strong in my opinion.

On another note:

 The team at Hutchinson and Harlow are very excited by some major announcements we will  be making this year. 2017 certainly is shaping up to be a landmark year for Hutchinson and Harlow.
