Last issue I mentioned that 2017 would be a year of surprises at Hutchinson and Harlow !

Well the first of these surprises I am happy to announce is the welcoming of Ali Suter to our team.

Ali comes to us from a very established national agency on the Coffs coast, with over 10years of real estate sales experience and a desire to be part of our unique team approach we feel Ali is certainly a valuable piece of the puzzle for us.

Ali has a been a dedicated agent attending training seminars around the country to help hone her skills and be the best agent she can possible be. She is a recognised performer within her field being rated among the elite agents in the country from her previous brand .

On another note:

 There has been a lot of talk recently about some banks raising rates in defiance to the RBA , remember that if your bank is wanting to do that there is always the possibility of shopping around and getting a better deal on your mortgage. There are many great web-sites such as “Choice” which are certainly worth researching .
